Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 40g Body Science WPI Protein Powder Chocolate or Vanilla
  • 40g LSA mix (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp macadamia nut butter
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 4-5 drops or 2 tsp powdered stevia
  • 2 strawberries (40g)
  • Extra cacao powder for rolling

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor and process until it reaches a doughy consistency. (if too dry add 1 tbsp water)
  2. Scoop a  heaped spoonful of the mixture, roll into balls, and if you like yours chocolate-y (I sure do!) roll in more cacao powder.
  3. Keep in airtight container in the fridge for 3 days, or freeze and enjoy later.

  • Hydroxyburn Lean 5 Protein Chocolate or Vanilla
  • BSC Alkaline Water
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Banana
  • Ice

Ingredients:

1 scoop BSC Organic Plant Protein (vanilla)
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
5-10ml chlorophyll
100ml coconut water
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup ice

Toppings:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Buckwheat
Shaved coconut

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender, either adding more coconut water or ice depending on desired consistency
