Peanut Butter Pumpkin Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey
- 16ox Water
- Ice
- 2tbs All Natural PB
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- Pumpkin Spice
Instructions:
- Blend ingredients together.
- Garnish with cinnamon
Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1cup Milk
- 1cup Flour or Flour Sub
- Cinnamon & Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2cup Pumpkin Puree
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients together.
- Spray a non-stick skillet and cook on low heat
- Serve with fat-free whipped cream

PINA COLADA COOLER
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Pineapple Xtend BCAA
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup of Ice

COCO WATERMELON
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Watermelon Xtend BCAA
- 1/2 Cup of Ice
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Brewed Fruit Tea of Choice

X SANGRIA
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Watermelon Xtend BCAA
- 2 Cups Fruit Juice (Low Sugar Mixed Berry)
- 1-2 Cups Fresh Fruit of Choice, Blueberries, Peach, or Watermelon
- 1tb Truvia
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
Instructions:
- Combine XTEND with fruit juice and stir.
- In a separate bowl, coat the fruit mixture in truvia then add to liquid.
- Add the mint leaves and let sit for about an hour.
- Serve in a wine glass over ice.
XTEND Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 Serving XTEND, Strawberry Kiwi flavour
- 1 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Scoops of Scivation Whey Protein, Vanilla flavour
Instructions:
- Mix the XTEND, Water, and Vanilla Whey in a blender. Ensure that there are no dry ingredients stuck to the side of the blender.
- Now add the frozen strawberries, a few at a time, to ensure a uniform mixture
- The mixture is now ready to eat OR it can be put in the freezer for 20 – 30 minutes for an extra frosty experience.
**Feel free to experiment with other XTEND flavors and fruits.
Classic Homer Donut
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Scivation Whey Vanilla Protein
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tb Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 6 Piece Donut Mold Baking Pan
- 1 Tb Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tb Truvia
- 1 Tb Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tb sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 Tb Grass-fed Butter for a Buttery Taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: 350° F
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix the wet ingredients
- Combine dry & wet ingredients
- Using non-stick spray, lightly coat the "Donut Mold", then pour in the batter. Be sure not to spill around the sides
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test. It's better to take out a bit early than too late.
XTEND BCAA Frosting:
- Make your XTEND BCAA frosting by mixing Strawberry Kiwi XTEND with cream cheese until smooth.
- Then frost your creation and add sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
